Jack Kincler
Mr.
Kincler
is presently the president/CEO of the YCS
Capital Group, a
strategic investment group which invests in a variety of
businesses/companies and real estate. The companies in which YCS invests
and/or represents are assisted with strategic decisions and in other ways
in order to help them succeed in their markets. This company has been
active now since early 2000.
Companies with which YCS is associated are typically in one of the
following categories:

A foreign company in the process of setting up operations in
Canada/North America.
·
A company at the preliminary feasibility analysis stage.
These
companies field of expertise could be in, among others: Environmental
Technologies, Energy, Retail, High Tech and Biomedical fields. Our group
is experienced, as well, in business finance, taking companies from the
seed money stage all the way to the IPO stage, depending on the evolution
of a company and its products/technology.
